Yes Life and a rose you read it right, most of us are happy to take good things and good news, and thank god for all these happenings, little do we accept grief in the same way or should we accept it the same way?
Similarly the way we hate few things; we say "I hate him to the core", should we really use such phrases in life? Or just because a rose thorn pricks you hate the rose? Here I have taken a pick of comparing life and a rose and you decide which one you want to pick.
We exchange rose as a token of love and stands as a symbol of love, and learn nothing from its life, which lives ranging from few hours to days based on how we treat it, but it treats every one the way we handel it, at this point you must be thinking about the thorns and the flower … yes rightly so, should we say the thorn is bad as it pricks and we have to chip off the thorns and have only the rose with the stem, yes it’s a wise thing to do, but we have to give the thorn its due respect and remove them gracefully.
Why do I say that? Must be tickling you how can a thorn which pricks me be good? Right questions. The answer would be yes the thorn is "GOOD", it has taken care of the rose from the time it was a bud and protected it till was separated from the originator the plant , not only the flower the plant as a whole form its kind of predators. That’s God’s creation for you every thing in life has a reason and a reason for good.
Now we have the rose, you choose to have it with thorns or not, here thorns become a choice for you either ways the cause will be same, but the way to handle it would be different, that’s the way our life is, most often we fail to understand the cause and crib and wean about life being sad and painful, our protection from thorns in life is the faith and trust which must be imbibed in us but its buried to non existence in few of us. When we live in faith and not burry it ,then life is the same either thorn or the rose will have equal acceptance and hence the balance of welcoming happiness and grief equally , and life a beautiful rose, which also means a more meaning full life a life were self comes last, and making the people around us comfortable and happy, that gives us a chance to find the reason for our lives which many of us are searching for… the reason for every ones life should start as a rose and transform in to a tree which stands a testimony for selflessness.
Life is a gift to all human beings it all depends on how we look at it, we are all roses though we might be of different colour, size and any possible characterization you can think of, so is the rose you have different colours, sizes and endless range of characterization, but the purpose of its life is simple, live a life for others, it represents love, affection, care and what not?? But always for a synonym of love … have any one exchanged roses when in hate??? That’s where our choices go wrong when we choose hate we choose materialistic junks as a companion and become a symbol of endless hate, we all have the same choices available in life we all are the same flowers, its just a reflection of us what really makes us what we are … as one of professor used to say its always a good habit to look at the mirror early in the morning and feel good about yourself, I was wondering dose it really work?? Believe me it really dose work!!
Oh my MIRROR now that’s what you must be grumbling about..! Sorry folks I have jumped in to an ocean called life now confusing you with a mirror, I am left with no choice, oh ok now that I have jumped in to the ocean of life bare with me for some more. After all you might not be liking only fishes, you love prawns and crabs too … sorry for the veggies... oh k here is something for you too, you might not be loving only broccoli but beans and wide range on other veggies too… but to me I feel veggies or fishes both have life, either ways we kill them, that apart lets come back to the mirror.
Yes the MIRROR, no don’t get me wrong, not inspired from the theme of delhi6 (it’s a good one though) but what I have experienced, a mirror is one which reflects what you are and every morning when you look at it , and if you are boldly able to face yourself in the mirror have a smile and if you can speak to your eyes then you will really start living the life of a rose and soon a life of a tree , some wouldn’t be able to face the mirror then the obvious reason would the path of Hate when some one hates some one he wouldn’t be in a position to love himself.
Ok let me end with a comma as life is beautiful and it’s a never ending journey of love … and not bore you another fish in the ocean or another veggie in the garden.
Here is one of my own quotes on life for all those undergoing pain and loss of any kind,
"It really takes a dark day to know the real brightness of a star" – Ranjith
Yes dark days are here to show us how bright we are and once we know how bright it is we will know what to do to make it brighter or dimmer as required, let’s accept dark as we accept brightness.
Shouldn’t be missing this when speaking about life, in the recent Oscars when A.R. Rahman received his awards his words were inspiring and I quote "Throughout my life I had choices, choice of love and hate, I choose love and I am here" – ARR rightly said AR
Every one of us have the same choices in life! What do you want to choose … contemplate,

10 Secrets to Fulfilling Relationships
1. The first secret? the power of THOUGHT.Love begins with our thoughts. We become what we think about. Loving thoughts create loving experiences and loving relationships. Affirmations can change our beliefs and thoughts about ourselves and others. If we want to love someone, we need to consider their needs and desires.
2. The second secret? the power of GIVING.If you want to receive love, all you have to do is give it! The more love you give, the more you will receive. To love is to give of yourself, freely and unconditionally. Practice random acts of kindness. Before committing to a relationship, ask not what the other person will be able to give to you, but rather what will you be able to give them. The secret formula of a happy, lifelong, loving relationship is to always focus on what you can give instead of what you can take.
3. The third secret? the power of RESPECT.You cannot love anyone or anything unless you first respect them. The first person you need to respect is yourself. To begin to gain self-respect ask yourself, "What do I respect about myself?" To gain respect for others, even those you may dislike, ask yourself "What do I respect about them?"
4. The fourth secret? the power of FRIENDSHIP.To find a true love, you must first find a true friend. Love does not consist of gazing into each other's eyes, but rather looking outward together in the same direction. To love someone completely you must love them for who they are, not what they look like. Friendship is the soil through which love's seeds grow. If you want to bring love into a relationship, you must first bring friendship.
5. The fifth secret? the power of LETTING GO.If you love something, let it free. If it comes back to you, it's yours; if it doesn't, it never was. Even in a loving relationship, people need their own space. If we want to learn to love, we must first learn to forgive and let go of past hurts and grievances. Love means letting go of our fears, prejudices, egos and conditions. "Today I let go of all my fears, the past has no power over me - today is the beginning of a new life."
6. The sixth secret? the power of COMMUNICATION.When we learn to communicate openly and honestly, life changes. To love someone is to communicate with them. Let the people you love know that you love them and appreciate them. Never be afraid to say those three magic words: "I Love You." Never let an opportunity pass to praise someone. Always leave someone you love with a loving word - it could be the last time you see them! If you were about to die but could make telephone calls to the people you loved, who would you call, what would you say and ... why are you waiting?
7. The seventh secret? the power of COMMITMENT.If you want to have love in abundance, you must be committed to it, and that commitment will be reflected in your thoughts and actions. Commitment is the true test of love. If you want to have loving relationships, you must be committed to loving relationships. When you are committed to someone or something, quitting is never an option. Commitment distinguishes a fragile relationship from a strong one.
8. The eighth secret? the power of PASSION.Passion ignites love and keeps it alive. Lasting passion does not come through physical attraction alone, it comes from deep commitment, enthusiasm, interest and excitement. Passion can be recreated by recreating past experiences when you felt passionate. Spontaneity and surprises produce passion. The essence of love and happiness are the same; all we need to do is to live each day with passion.
9. The ninth secret? the power of TOUCH.Touch is one of the most powerful expressions of love, breaking down barriers and bonding relationships. Touch changes our physical and emotional states and makes us more receptive to love.
10. The tenth secret? the power of TRUST.Trust is essential in all loving relationships. Without it, one person becomes suspicious, anxious and fearful and the other person feels trapped and emotionally suffocated. You cannot love someone completely unless you trust them completely. Act as if your relationship with the person you love will never end. One of the ways you can tell whether a person is right for you is to ask yourself, "Do I trust them completely and unreservedly?" If the answer is "no", think carefully before making a commitment.

Colourful threats !
There can not be a better way to express our concern to the colourful threats to the human kind his beliefs, thinking and action !Most of us are very familiar with the faces of our Corrupt Leaders & politicians with criminal cases , but very seldom are we aware of the leaders and politicians whom we should be knowing , similarly all of us are aware of the inflation rate and fisical deficit status but little do we know about the growing GDP and the reason for the fast inflation rate and slow GDP growth !
Did you know that corruption directly effets a country's GDP hence the economy ??? , this shows how aware we are of our own constitutional rights ? Knowing the fundamental rights alone will not be sign of the constitutional knowledge !
One must Pity our Educational system which keeps changing the content depending on the government in power ! which is leading to a generation of citizens of "Who cares attitude" ,Goverment after goverment end up in talks talks talks talks opposition talks and nothing more!
Isint it a must that every citizen must be aware of the codes of law and advantages of
constitutional rights, and public behavioural studies from early ages of education ???
So whos responsiblity is this to make an effort to bring the iformation to us ?? yes you guessed it right, we as the citizen ( Busy no time for my country !) and the media (print and electronic) but ...... when its a citizen he would be labeled a jobless, sad if he is speaking about rights and justice
and when it's the media we are in to a new world of different colours of justice and truth ??? .
We are currently facing a problem of plenty in this medium , not less than 20 plus news channels to choose from which projects the same news in different dimensions depending on their point of view, most of the time leading us to confusion , in some way both media has 2 sides and most of the time unpredictable like a tossed coin !, above all must feel happy that we can expect quality from atleast one of them because of the Competition !.Electronic media needs a pat on their back for their "What ever it takes to break the truth"
attitude and "Truth first" attitude ,Civic intrest shows ,aswering quires of the citizen ,
projecting RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT ,citizens intiatives and daring sting operations ....! at the same time needs a blow for extensive coverage of delicate issues triggering conflicts .and
projecting a spark in any outfits s like a forest fire by their exaggerated coverage and comments !.Not to spare the print media which allways has the Negatives on the Headlines and in bold, and positives taking a back seat in page 14 or page 9.... and the paper highlights on page3 and page1 ..!
There are so many colours out in this space to mislead and confuse our belifes , Justice and truth masked ... so how do you choose the right colour ???See as many as coluors as possible and analyze the truth rather than going for EXCLUSIVE news so that the colour remains a colour and not a threat !
Lets encourage the colour which is to the best of Public interest !!

Where do i drop it ?

"Richest temple Is in INDIA " ???
These statements really amaze me we have a temple ranked richest and the country havin poverty, people dying with out food, shelter etc... ! i keep wondering why does a place of workship needs flashy asthetics , hightech computer identification and so on...... the one which reallly really shocks me is a place of worship under electronic survielence CCTV does GOD needs such kind of security ????
I am not trying to say GOD doesnt deserv all these, all i am tryin to say is He doesnot want all these....... !
" My god doesnt ask me all these just OUR soul without hatred and greed, just filled with love for others , as his temple ! "
Is there any one who havent seen people crying for help with out streched hands on the gate of a church or a door of a temple ......???
so where should i drop my contributions ??? in the contributions drop box in the place of worship or to the out streched arms ???? or both !
We seee crores of rupees spent on construction of a church/temple etc...... yet i find the same people with the out streched arms ... do i blame myself , the one with out strechd arms or the adminstration of the church/temple etc......?so am i against the place of worship" NO " certainly not , we do need a place to worship " I will be more happier with a place of worship built on four simple pillar than a roman architecture or a royal indian architecture ! "
will this reduce the number of helpless people, will the churches /temples spend for them ??
rather than spending for interiors and landscaping their campus ??? .. or am i askig too much ? Who am i to say all these ??? .
Are the people on the gate or doors really helpless ??? or they are simply lazy to work ?? is the other point araisng in many minds , if so are we the one to judge people with out streched arms ??? too difficult a question to be answered i simply dont think we should be judging !
"JUST HELP THE NEEDY "
So many questions running across my mind i just wish i have a super natural power to help every one and hopefully see only gates and doors in the future an not the out streched arms !
All i say is " THINK TWICE BEFORE DROPPING " ...... Where will you ???

This can be just a small begining but it odes matter !!!!
NOTE : Above posting does not mean to hurt any one or their beliefs !
The battel in compassion !
" Mind Vs Soul ! "
Oh my what am i saying ????
Most often our mind speaks and out of the blue you listen to an other voice within you ? havent you ?! ending up in crossroads !. Then who decides which one to go for ?? confusing isint it ? , certainly one wins most often my soul for me ! though this battel goes on ... i really wonder who is the decession maker ??? what made me go for the soul speak ?? one question raising another and finally my answer ended up to be another question !.
My quest for the answer begun finally found one is it the fear of god which decides between those two (soul & Mind ) , to certain extent yes one who fears GOD or rather belives in god his heart(soul) speak wins ! , oh ! does that mean an atheist has only mind speak no how can that be true ??? ....... then who is it ???
the quest goes on.......... but is the answer another question ??
To be continued .....................
